This project involved a single-storey, flat-roof rear extension to an existing residential property. The design included large spanning roof lights and a cantilevered canopy at the rear, creating a dynamic and modern aesthetic.

The structure was carefully integrated into the existing architectural fabric, allowing the architectural intent to be fully realized. By nesting the structural elements within the building’s core, the extension seamlessly blends with the original property, maintaining a clean and uncluttered appearance. The result is a harmonious extension that maximizes natural light and outdoor connection, enhancing the living space while maintaining the character and integrity of the existing structure.
