This project involved the integration of a three-story steel structure within an existing steel-framed building to create additional office space. The design demanded a high degree of precision and adaptability to seamlessly fit the new structure into the existing framework without compromising its integrity.One of the primary challenges was addressing the foundation requirements for the new structure. Given the constraints of the existing building and site conditions, innovative and imaginative engineering solutions were employed to ensure stability and load transfer without disturbing the original foundations.

The project exemplifies the successful blending of new and existing structures, showcasing our ability to overcome complex challenges with creative engineering, all while delivering a functional and robust space for modern office use.
