This project involved the complete renovation of an existing house and the construction of a substantial extension to the rear and side. The design incorporated long-spanning beams and cantilevers, enabling the creation of expansive open-plan spaces. These structural elements were carefully engineered to ensure stability and functionality while achieving a modern, spacious layout that enhances the overall aesthetics and usability of the home.
