The Ashling Hotel is a seven-story structure, with six stories designed by our office, constructed above a first-floor transfer slab designed by others. The building features an innovative structural system comprising precast concrete panels and filigree slabs, ensuring efficient construction and high-quality finishes.
Our design included several deep beams and transfer beams, strategically engineered to minimize the need for internal columns and walls. This approach maximized open-plan spaces, enhancing the building’s functionality and flexibility. The combination of advanced precast techniques and precision engineering resulted in a robust, efficient, and architecturally appealing structure tailored to meet the demands of modern hospitality.
